Butter + Brown: Keto Edition Recap

In the digital age, the Internet is bringing people together in all types of different ways. That’s why we had to bring in our girl, social media influencer Chef Resha, to tell us all about the wildly popular health trend known as the Keto diet on last night’s episode of Butter + Brown.


According to Women’s Health Mag:Short for “ketogenic diet,” this eating plan is all about minimizing your carbs and upping your fats to get your body to use fat as a form of energy.


Before you jump on the Keto train, we encourage you to do your own research to see if this is right for you. Because everything ain’t for everybody. Good news, though – it’s super easy to find info on this diet because it’s popular AF right now.


We start off with The Skinny Fat because who says that you can’t work on your health goals and still have a lil drank that won’t throw you off track?

Next, there’s the ‘Lamb Sloppy Joes’ or ‘Tiny Josephs’. With Chef Resha as the Keto expert and us being beginners, we decided to make a recipe easy enough for anyone interested in this way of eating to make.

Lastly, Chef Resha shows us how to work around the standard Keto standards to make a bangin’ Keto Spaghetti.
