Aspire Celebrates Six Years of Entertainment for Minorities Led By Minority Executives

Earvin “Magic” Johnson’s Aspire TV is run predominately by a dynamic group of minority execs breaking status quo. 

ATLANTA – June 27, 2018 – Aspire (@TVaspire), the network that reflects, shares and celebrates the experiences of black culture and urban lifestyle, celebrates its 6th anniversary on Wednesday, June 27th by acknowledging its minority, and mostly female, leadership.

Each and every day the team at Aspire strives to curate and create engaging entertainment for people of color by people of color. In a male dominated industry, Aspire is challenging the entertainment industry’s status quo, boasting a staff of 13 employees of color, including 12 women, and is 38% millennial.

Ladies Leading Innovation
