#AspireTogether: Make THIS Berry Cookie Shortcake In Less Than 10 Minutes!

“The Cookie Lady,” also featured in the Real Housewives of Atlanta, swung by our aspireTV socials to provide us with the perfect summer treat!

Shiana White of “A Haute Cookie” hosted this week’s #AspireTogether with a baking tutorial to keep your sweet tooth satisfied during quarantine.

Here’s how you can make her delicious treat:

Ingredients:

2 ½  Sugar Cookies

Strawberries

Blueberries

Blackberries

2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

Cool Whip

3 tbsp. Cointreau liquor

Melted Vanilla Ice Cream

Steps:

1. Soak berries with sugar and Cointreau liquor in a bowl.
2. Scoop a dollop of cool whip in a glass then crumble the cookie
3. Add some berries and repeat step 2.
4. Finish with cool whip and half of the sugar cookie
5. Use melted ice cream to drizzle over top once done
